Honest about outcomes
We won't promise anything will look brand new — it's usually not true, and you'd know. We'll get it as clean and as close to its original colour and shape as the material allows, and tell you up front where the limits are.
Method per material
A canvas tote and a calfskin loafer don't want the same brush or solution, so we have a method per material. Designer and delicate pieces are worked entirely by hand, with pH-appropriate products and a slower drying cycle.
Worn in, not worn out
We're not trying to erase an item's life. Creases from use, patina on good leather, the shape you've given it — that's it being yours. We remove the dirt, salt, yellowing and neglect, and leave the character.

Cleaning, conditioning and hand polishing, with scuff correction and edge dressing on request.
Boots
Work, western, hiking and fashion boots. Cleaning and conditioning, with re-waterproofing available.
Golf Shoes
Turf and clay removal, with spike inspection and leather conditioning available. Club accounts welcome.
Cleats
Soccer, baseball, football and lacrosse. Team and club rates available by the season.
Suede, Nubuck & Heels
Hand treatment using material-specific methods, with delicate work always approved with you first.
Bags & Purses
Handbags, totes and backpacks in leather, coated canvas and nylon. Exterior cleaning and conditioning, with interior cleaning and hardware polish available.
Caps
Fitted, snapback and dad hats, with cleaning available at three levels of care.

Collection and return are always included. You'll see the details for each item as you add it.
Pickup — your choice
Pick any window: weekdays 6 – 8:30 AM, 5:30 – 7 PM (+$7) or 7 – 9 PM, or weekends 6 – 9 PM. Collecting from work or the gym? Choose "Somewhere else" when you book.
Delivery — by item
Shoes and caps come back within 3 to 7 business days, bags within 7 to 15, always in the evening. You'll see a firm date before you book.
Hand-off — by value
Everyday items are left by your door. Items worth $300 or more are handed over in person, at pickup and at delivery — we never collect them from a doorstep.

No surprises
Prices are per item and already include collection and delivery — no travel charge, fuel surcharge or minimum order. If inspection turns up something unexpected, such as a stain needing stronger treatment, damage needing repair first or an unusual material, we text or email first and nothing starts until you reply. Bag restoration is always quoted after inspection.

Clearing out your closet? We'll take what you no longer want
We're happy to collect clean clothes, shoes and bags you no longer want. Bag them separately, tell us when you book, and we'll bring them along on the same trip — no extra charge, no separate errand.
