Order details — the items, service tier, and add-ons you select for each booking.
Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Photos — before/after photos of your items, taken during service, so you can review the work in your account.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and fulfill pickups and deliveries, process payment, communicate with you about your order, and maintain your account if you create one. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating this service.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS communication

If you provide your mobile number to receive a one-time login code, that number is used solely to send that code via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and your number is never shared with a third party for their own marketing purposes.

Questions you send us

If you send a question through the "Ask us" button, or request a team quote, we collect what you submit — your question or organization details, your name, and the email address or mobile number you give us — and use it only to reply to you. We may add the answer — without your contact details — to the questions we answer on this site.

Third-party services

We work with a small number of service providers to operate Fetch + Finish, including Stripe (payments), Lob (address verification), Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (storing accounts and orders) and Formspree (delivering booking and question notifications to us). Each handles the specific information needed to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy and security practices.

Data retention

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations.
