These terms govern your use of Fetch + Finish's pickup, cleaning, and delivery service in North Fulton County, Georgia. By booking a service or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Fetch + Finish collects items (shoes, bags and caps) for cleaning or restoration from your specified address, and returns them once service is complete, within the timeframe stated at booking. Pricing shown at booking is a ceiling, not an estimate — it only changes if we contact you and you approve an additional charge.

Cancellations and missed pickups

A $15 fee applies to a missed pickup (no bag, no response) or a cancellation after collection but before cleaning has started. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 2 hours before your pickup window carries no charge.

Account and login

Creating an account lets you view past orders, manage your details, and save addresses for faster booking. You may log in by email or by mobile phone number.

SMS Terms

If you choose to log in by phone, we will send a one-time passcode via SMS to verify your number. This is the only type of message sent to your phone number — we do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.

• Message frequency varies and only occurs when you request a login code.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of receiving further messages, or HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Item values and in-person hand-off

At booking we ask roughly what each item is worth. This is an estimate you give us, used to decide how an item is handled; it is not an appraisal or an insurance valuation. Items estimated at $300 or more are collected from you and returned to you in person, never from a doorstep. If no one is available to hand over an item during the pickup window, it is treated as a missed pickup. Items of any type estimated at $1,500 or more are accepted by arrangement only.

Bags and leather goods

Please remove all contents from a bag before collection; we cannot be responsible for anything left inside. We photograph each bag when we collect it and when we return it. Restoration work is quoted after inspection and begins only once you approve the price. Cleaning and restoration cannot be guaranteed to return a bag to its original condition. Bags worth $1,500 or more, exotic skins, vintage pieces and luxury-house brands are accepted by arrangement only.

Limitation of liability

While we treat every item with care, Fetch + Finish's liability for any item is limited to the price paid for that item's service. We carry general liability and bailee's coverage for items in our care.
